The customer is a cruise operator specializing in marine sightseeing services. They were looking for a self-service terminal designed for tourists to provide clear and easy-to-understand ship information and self-check services. Initially, the customer wanted our standard Industrial Panel PC. However, the regular Industrial Panel PC quickly showed critical problems in the seaside environment: strong sunlight caused severe screen glare, making it hard for passengers to read the content.
